Quality Inn & Suites near St. Louis and I-255

Maryland, at the front desk, is amazing and has a warm personality. She was able to quickly access my situation and handled it promptly and efficiently! She was able to help me out for a checkout when my hotels were mixed up. The hotel is clean and had everything you need. All the other staff i ran into were equally cordial.

Overall a good experience. The rooms were musty and stunk like heavy chemical use. Sadly could of been cleaned better. Breakfast was ok. No pastry or any sort of sweets. The pool was highly chemical and salty. About too strong to even be in the pool room... Customer service was great! The breakfast room was clean and well organized. When I booked it said conjoining rooms. But they were sold out so that part stunk. They did put us accross the hall from each other. Overall ok. No wifi either.

Pool - clean and working Room - clean and spacious with a larger refrigerator than most hotels. Beds were very comfortable with 4 pillows per bed. FANTASTIC! Service - Everyone was kind and helpful Location - this is tough because it truly is the only downside of this hotel. I am not docking stars for the location I am pretty sure it is Illinois government that has made every small town into a run down abandoned mess. I would/will stay here again when we come back

This is an older hotel and it shows its wear and tear (crack in the sink, plasters walls). It was clean and the staff was friendly. Regarding the room, excellent noise control, air conditioning, and comfy beds. Also note, bed bug free, we checked! Another nice feature was the indoor pool, which was kept at a comfortable temperature. The continental breakfast was lacking in that they served scrambled eggs and sausage cold, though they also provided a microwave to warm it up. On the plus side, they provided fresh fruit, plenty of yogurt packs, and a waffle maker. .

I stayed here to attend graduation event. Front desk staffs are very polite and customer friendly. They provide all assistance that we ask for and guide us if you are new to the place. Breakfast was consistently good and I feel you get most value for your money. Recommend others

Hotel stay went better than expected as I was hesitant as the area seems to have seen better days, but the hotel was clean, and I didn't have any issues during my stay. The shower was warm and had good water pressure. I thought the bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. The internet was decent, and I didn't have any issues there. I didn't end up trying the breakfast. When I first checked in, my A/C unit in the room wasn't working, but I just unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked throughout the rest of my stay without issue. Regarding the other reviews, this is a Quality Inn. Quality Inns aren't a 5-star hotel chain. Things may be older or worn, but for a Quality Inn, I thought it was good in comparison, and in some ways better than others I've stayed in. Comparing it to other hotels in this same brand, I thought it was a good stay.

The hotel is actually pretty decent for this price. It is old but it’s clean and functional. Could be a little noisy on the street side

Awesome place very clean and neat. Well worth the money really fair pricing. Employees very friendly and helpful. Front desk manager might have be owner not sure but very very nice. Let me Chek in at 9am when check in is at 3pm. Even let me grab me some breakfast even though breakfast hours was over. I recommend this place. Come stay here check it out. Nice pool clean rooms friendly staff I give it a 10 out of 10
